Ending Our Pure Intentions Fasting Work

A Grand rising it is indeed!


We are on Day #3 in the final stretch of our first New Moon Pure Intentions Fast inside of the #CreatorsSeries2019 self development work!


I am feeling vibrant and beautiful! As we finish out the final day of our work, I'd like to share some things to remember and a meal plan that will help with transitioning back powerfully into whatever your "normal" is.


When you wake in the a.m. following your fasting you want to keep with your water routine and keep any solid food you ingest as light and simple as possible.


Breakfast: A bowl of berries or fruit juice will help the body in flushing all that you loosened and release during the fast.


Eat considerate of the new insights that the fast has shown to you.


When you reach for a snack, check in with how you are feeling?


Can you change your thought and opt out of the snack instead?


This is a self-awareness that fasting over time will impart to you.

Lunch: Now is a good time to replenish the missed protein (or amino acids) with a wonderful salad of mixed greens (I enjoy chard, arugula, & baby kale) chickpeas, strawberries, cucumber, tomato, onion, hemp seeds and avocado


Dinner: A vegetable soup of you favorite veggies (Check out the Dr.Sebi food guide for the alkaline ones) with Kamut noodles. This will round out the day solidly, with you being full and well nourished...MIND, BODY, SPIRIT!  That's what its about!!! High spirits live in well vessels! #SpiritAve
